Traditionally built stone cottage in a remote setting just 3 miles north of Aviemore. Accommodation comprises of :-
Upstairs : 2 bedrooms, double and twin (plus a guest bed)
Downstairs : Sitting room with guest bed and log wood burner, bathroom with shower, kitchen with rangemaster electric cooker. Sleeps 4-6 people.

The house is mainly wood lined throughout, extremely cosy and well situated with all the facilities of Aviemore and Speyside close by, including The Cairngorm Reindeer Centre which is just 10 miles away.

Remote Location yet only 3 miles from Aviemore, plus Hot tub, Sauna, Plunge Pool and Wood Burner.

There is a Summer house and BBQ. in the enclosed and secluded garden. Also there is an outdoor hot tub, sauna and plunge pool.

Fantastic views of the Cairngorm mountains where the reindeer roam. Very close by is a small loch, which can be fished on purchase of a permit. The loch is renowned for good birdwatching.

There is an extensive local footpath/cycling network with easy access to the Speyside Way. Plenty of walking available from gentle walks to munro bagging.

Prices:

- Costs for Reindeer Cottage vary between £130 - £230 per night in low season. £140 - £240 per night in high season. Discounts apply after 4 nights of stay, please enquire.

- Adopters get between 10% - 20% discounts depending on amount of nights stayed.

- Maximum of 6 persons per stay.
